Grigoris Bithikotsis was among the greatest Greek songwriters and folk singers of the 20th century. This year will mark the 100 year anniversary to his birth and to commemorate this occasion the Greek Festival of Sydney is presenting a tribute concert in honour of his contribution to Greek music.  An 11 piece band including 3 bouzoukia, and under the direction of Thanasis Pylarinos, will take the audience on a musical journey through the life of this Greek music legend.
